Purposes and legal bases
To reply to the contact form, because you ask us to. To handle the order, payment and shipping, in order to perform the contract. To keep purchase records for the Spanish tax period, because the law requires it. To remember your cookie choice and the language you select, because that is necessary for the service you request. To load YouTube or Spotify, only if you consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time. To record the IP address, approximate location, page viewed and device type for this site's own statistics, on the basis of legitimate interest. Those statistics are only visible in the maintenance area.
Processors
Stripe takes the payment and may process data outside the European Economic Area under the standard contractual clauses it applies. Amazon Simple Email Service sends the contact and order emails. If the sending region is outside the European Economic Area, Amazon applies its standard contractual clauses. The provider that hosts the web and database containers keeps the server. We do not build profiles or pass data on for advertising.
Retention
Contact messages are kept for one year. Purchase records are kept for the period required by Spanish tax law. The consent cookie expires after six months. The detail of each visit is kept for twelve months. The IP address is kept without that detail so unique visitors can be counted.
Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to info@josepmariamartiduran.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
